Dividend aristocrats are stable corporations with strong cash flows to reward investors. To be considered a Dividend Aristocrat, a company must have consistently increased their dividend payouts over the last 25 years. Additionally, they must be part of the S&P 500 index, meaning that they are a top 500 performing stock. Clorox, Chevron, and Sherwin-Williams are all examples of Dividend Aristocrats (As of August 2025).
